Process shots of my next series “At Home”
This series is a continuation of the dive into shared memories- more specifically memories we hold within everyday objects. Each piece takes a look at different environments within a home and celebrates the objects we hold closest to our hearts.
What a fun show!! My first group show with Very Serious Gallery and it went over like a fine wine. The dinners by TXA TXA were phenomenal and the artists in this show were equally talented. I was so honored to be showing with them. I was even lucky enough to be at the gallery when my first piece sold! My mom and aunt flew in to Chicago for the show and we had a lovely weekend celebrating :)
“At The Table” was my first series that I really dove into exploring the theme of shared memories. My goal was to capture all the different types of gatherings at different times of day that are universal to the human experience.
